Understand refund eligibility, subscription cancellation and digital license refund conditions.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request cancellation or a refund for Vyro & Security products, software licenses, subscriptions and related services.
By purchasing a Vyro product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy together with the applicable Terms & Conditions, EULA and Subscription Policy.
This policy may apply to purchases including: Vyro antivirus licenses, Vyro software subscriptions, Individual plans, Multi-device plans, Business subscriptions, Eligible online purchases, Eligible digital products and services.
Different products or commercial arrangements may have additional refund terms.
Vyro software licenses and subscriptions are digital products. Once a license has been delivered, activated or substantially used, refund eligibility may be affected by the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law.
Customers should review the applicable plan and refund conditions before completing their purchase.
Where applicable, a customer may request cancellation before a purchased license has been activated or used. If the request meets the applicable eligibility conditions, Vyro may process a refund to the original payment method.
Refund eligibility may depend on: Order status, Payment status, License activation status, Product type, Promotional conditions, Applicable law.
Activation of a digital license may affect refund eligibility. Once a license has been: Activated, Assigned to a device, Used to access subscription benefits, or Substantially used, the purchase may become non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Vyro specifically provides an applicable refund entitlement.
For subscription products, refund eligibility may depend on: Subscription type, Purchase date, Renewal status, Usage, Cancellation timing, Promotional terms, Applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically mean that the current subscription period will be refunded. Where applicable, cancellation may simply prevent the next automatic renewal.
If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription may renew according to the applicable subscription terms. Customers should cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the subscription.
Where a renewal has already been successfully processed, refund eligibility will depend on the applicable refund conditions.
If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a duplicate payment or processing error, the customer should contact Vyro Support. After verification, an eligible duplicate charge may be refunded to the applicable original payment method.
If a payment is shown as failed, declined or reversed but the amount has been temporarily deducted from the customer's account, the transaction may be handled by the relevant payment provider or bank. Customers should allow the applicable payment-processing period for the amount to be reversed.
If the amount does not return within the expected period, the customer may contact Vyro Support with: Order ID, Transaction/reference number, Date of transaction, Payment method, Amount.
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact Vyro Support immediately. Vyro may investigate the transaction and request additional information to verify the claim. Customers should also contact their bank or payment provider where appropriate.
If a customer purchases an incorrect Vyro product or plan, they should contact support as soon as possible. Depending on whether the license has been activated or used, Vyro may provide an appropriate solution such as: Plan correction, License replacement, Upgrade/downgrade adjustment, Cancellation, Refund where eligible.
Promotional products, special offers, introductory pricing and discounted plans may have separate refund conditions. Where a promotional offer has specific refund restrictions, those conditions will be displayed during the applicable purchase process.
Business, corporate, bulk-license and Agent purchases may be subject to separate commercial terms. For example, bulk purchases may have different: Pricing, Cancellation conditions, Refund rules, License activation conditions, Commercial agreements.
Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement may govern the applicable transaction.
Agent Panel or Agent Program fees may have separate cancellation and refund conditions. Payment of an Agent Panel Fee does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
The applicable refund treatment may depend on: Activation status, Panel usage, Program status, Payment date, Commercial agreement, Applicable law. Agent license purchases may be governed separately from Agent Panel fees.
If a paid service becomes unavailable due to a significant technical issue attributable to Vyro, customers may contact support for review. Depending on the circumstances, Vyro may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include: Technical resolution, Service extension, Replacement, Credit, Refund where applicable.
A temporary outage, scheduled maintenance or third-party service interruption does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
A refund may not be available where:

Vyro may contact the customer if additional information is required.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where technically and commercially possible. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on: Payment gateway, Bank, Card issuer, Payment method, Processing timelines.
Vyro does not control the processing time of a customer's bank or payment provider.
When a refund is approved, Vyro may: Cancel the applicable order, Deactivate the associated license, Remove the license from the customer's account, Stop applicable subscription benefits.
The customer must stop using a refunded license once the refund and license cancellation have been confirmed.
Customers may cancel eligible subscriptions through the applicable Vyro account or support process. Cancellation generally means that future renewal will be stopped. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not necessarily result in an immediate refund of the current subscription period.
Where Vyro offers a free trial, the applicable trial terms will specify: Trial duration, Eligible users, Included features, Device limits, Conversion/renewal conditions. A free trial does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a subsequent paid subscription unless applicable terms provide otherwise.
Where a refund is approved, the treatment of taxes, payment-processing charges or other transaction-related amounts will depend on: Applicable law, Payment-provider rules, Nature of the transaction, Applicable invoice/tax requirements.
Customers must not abuse the refund system by repeatedly: Purchasing and refunding products without legitimate reason, Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional refunds, Using licenses extensively and then requesting refunds, Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, Providing false information.
Vyro may restrict accounts or transactions where refund abuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.
Customers are encouraged to contact Vyro Support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the issue can reasonably be resolved through customer support. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account or license restrictions, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer-protection law provides a refund or cancellation right, that right will apply to the extent required.
Vyro may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect: Product changes, Subscription changes, Payment-process changes, Legal requirements, Business-policy changes. The Last Updated date will be updated when material changes are published.
