If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Certain Vyro services require an account. You may be required to provide: Name, Email address, Mobile number, Password, Billing information, Device information, Other information required for account or license management.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must immediately notify Vyro if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
When you purchase or receive a Vyro software license, Vyro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the software according to the applicable license terms.
The license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to you.
Your license may be limited by: Product, Subscription plan, Number of devices, License duration, Operating system, Account type, Commercial terms.
Vyro may offer different subscription plans for individuals, professionals, businesses and other customers.
Each plan may specify: Subscription duration, Supported devices, Available features, Storage or service limits where applicable, Price, Renewal terms, Applicable restrictions.
Features may differ between plans and may change as the product evolves.
Prices displayed on the Vyro website may apply to the specific product, plan, region and purchase period shown. Vyro may change pricing for future purchases or renewals.
Where applicable, taxes, payment-processing charges or other legally required charges may be added to the displayed price. The final price will be presented before the applicable transaction is completed.
Orders may be placed through authorized Vyro websites, portals or payment channels. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
A transaction may be subject to: Payment authorization, Fraud checks, Order verification, License availability, Technical processing.
A successful payment does not necessarily mean that a transaction cannot subsequently be cancelled or reversed where fraud, payment failure, refund or other legitimate circumstances apply.
After successful purchase, the applicable license may be: Automatically assigned to your account; Delivered electronically; Activated through your Vyro account; Provided as a license key or activation code.
You must not: Copy or distribute license keys without authorization, Sell unauthorized or modified keys, Attempt to bypass activation, Circumvent device limits, Manipulate licensing systems.
Depending on your subscription, Vyro may allow you to register and manage supported devices. Device-management features may include: Device registration, License assignment, Device status, Protection status, Device removal, License activation/deactivation. The number of supported devices depends on the applicable plan.
Vyro products are designed to help detect, prevent and respond to cybersecurity threats. Security functionality may include: Malware detection, Real-time protection, Ransomware protection, Web protection, Network protection, USB/device protection, Threat detection, Quarantine, Security updates, Security reports.
No security product can guarantee detection or prevention of every possible threat. Security performance may depend on device configuration, operating system, updates, connectivity, permissions and the nature of the threat.
Where supported, Vyro may provide mobile-security capabilities such as: Mobile malware scanning, Device Finder, Remote Lock, Remote Alarm, Lost Mode, Remote Data Erase, Theft Protection, SIM/Device Security, Web & Phishing Protection, App & Privacy Security.
Availability may depend on: Operating system, Device model, OS version, User permissions, Internet connectivity, Vyro implementation, Applicable subscription plan.
Vyro may provide software, security-engine, threat-database and other updates. Updates may be necessary to: Improve security, Fix vulnerabilities, Improve compatibility, Add features, Improve performance, Update threat detection.
By using Vyro, you acknowledge that software updates may be required for continued operation or security protection.
You agree to: Use Vyro lawfully, Maintain supported operating systems where reasonably possible, Install required updates, Keep account credentials secure, Provide accurate information, Maintain valid payment information where applicable, Follow applicable license restrictions.
You remain responsible for maintaining backups of important personal or business data.
You must not use Vyro to: Conduct unlawful activities, Distribute malware, Attack or disrupt computer systems, Attempt unauthorized access, Circumvent license restrictions, Reverse engineer the software except where expressly permitted by applicable law, Modify or redistribute Vyro software without authorization, Remove copyright or trademark notices, Abuse Vyro infrastructure, Attempt to compromise other users' accounts, Conduct unauthorized security testing.
Vyro software, source code, design, interface, documentation, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, technology and related content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Vyro intellectual property to you.
Where Vyro services allow you to upload or submit content, you remain responsible for that content. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
You must not submit content that: Violates applicable law, Infringes third-party rights, Contains malicious code, Attempts to compromise Vyro systems, Contains unauthorized personal information.
Vyro may integrate with or depend on third-party services, operating systems, payment providers, hosting infrastructure or other technologies. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Vyro is not responsible for changes, interruptions or limitations that are solely caused by third-party services.
Vyro aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may temporarily become unavailable due to: Maintenance, Updates, Security incidents, Infrastructure problems, Internet failures, Third-party service interruptions, Events outside reasonable control.
Vyro may offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts or special offers. Such offers may have separate: Eligibility requirements, Duration, Usage limits, Renewal terms, Cancellation conditions.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Vyro Refund & Cancellation Policy. Different products, subscriptions, promotional offers and business purchases may have different refund conditions.
Certain Vyro subscriptions may automatically renew if automatic renewal is enabled. Where applicable, you will be informed of: Renewal period, Applicable renewal price, Renewal conditions.
You may cancel future renewal according to the applicable Subscription Policy.
Vyro may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary due to: Security concerns, Fraud, Payment issues, Abuse, Violation of these Terms, Unauthorized access, License misuse, Legal requirements.
You may stop using Vyro services at any time, subject to applicable subscription, payment and contractual obligations. Vyro may terminate or restrict access where there is a material violation of these Terms or where required for security, legal or operational reasons.
Your use of Vyro is also subject to the Vyro Privacy Policy.
If you discover a potential vulnerability affecting Vyro software, website or services, please report it through the appropriate Vyro security-reporting channel. Security researchers should follow the Vyro & Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
Vyro security products are designed to provide cybersecurity protection, but no software can guarantee complete protection against every threat.
Vyro does not guarantee that: Every malware sample will be detected, Every security incident will be prevented, Every website will be classified correctly, Every device will remain free from security threats, Every service will remain continuously available.
Users should maintain appropriate backups and follow recommended security practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vyro and its applicable service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of Vyro services, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
Vyro may update these Terms from time to time to reflect: Product changes, New services, Legal requirements, Security improvements, Business changes, Changes to operational procedures. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
These Terms will be interpreted and governed according to applicable laws. Any dispute arising from the use of Vyro services will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions established by Vyro's governing agreements and applicable law.
