The current commission structure is: Direct Selling Agent: 10% and Immediate Referring Agent: 2%.

No. Agent registration or account creation itself generates ₹0 commission.
No. A software download does not generate commission. Commission is linked only to eligible verified paid subscription sales.
No. For example: A → B → C → Customer. If C makes the sale, C = 10%, B = 2%, A = 0%. There is no additional higher-level commission.
If the underlying customer subscription is refunded, cancelled or becomes ineligible, the applicable commission may be reversed or adjusted.
